On December 17th we have a trip to Quimper.Leaving from car-park near Pleyben at 11.00am and car-sharing. Programme depends on weather, but probably morning stroll up Mt Frugy for views of the city, buy things for lunch in covered market (crepes fresh made, salads, sandwiches, sushi, Moroccan, cheeses - you name it, they've got it). One or two points of interest in town, proper look at cathedral, if it's open, and then Art Gallery (entry 4€50) for those who want, or shopping! The Muséee des Beaux Arts has some great Breton stuff, well worth seeing. Limited places, booking essential please. 2€50 plus gallery entry.
